1. Services Provided

Power In You LLC offers the following services:

  • Individual hypnosis sessions

  • Group hypnosis sessions

  • Consultations

  • Digital products (if applicable)

  • Waitlists for upcoming sessions

Services are provided remotely via Zoom unless otherwise stated.

2. Payment Terms

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • We accept major credit cards.

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payments are nonrefundable except as explicitly outlined below.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Nonrefundable Services

All services, including individual sessions, group sessions, consultations, and digital products, are nonrefundable.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for rescheduling without penalty.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an individual or group session will result in a 25% cancellation fee.

  • The remaining balance is forfeited.

No-Shows

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice results in forfeit of the full payment.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued.

Digital Products

All digital products are final sale and nonrefundable.

4. Waitlists

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee availability. When registration opens, spots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required to confirm participation.

5. Online Sessions & Zoom Use

  • All live sessions are conducted via Zoom.

  • Sessions are not recorded.

  • Participants may not record, transcribe, or use any recording or transcription services during sessions.

  • By participating, you acknowledge that online platforms carry inherent privacy risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

6. Scope of Services & Disclaimer

Hypnosis services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Services provided:

  • Do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions

  • Are not psychotherapy

  • Do not involve medical advice or clinical treatment

Results vary by individual.

If you are experiencing a medical issue, mental health crisis, or emergency, please seek immediate care from a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.

7. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring hypnosis services are appropriate for you

  • Seeking medical or mental health care when needed

  • Providing accurate information during booking and sessions

8. Age Requirements

  • Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

  • Minors may participate only with written parental or legal guardian consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided through this website or during sessions — including scripts, recordings, materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of Power In You LLC.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without express written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Use

We collect personal information such as name, email address, and payment details solely for:

  • Session communication

  • Scheduling

  • Customer support

  • Newsletter and updates (you may unsubscribe at any time)

Your information is not sold or shared with third parties except as required to provide services or comply with legal obligations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power In You LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.
