I earned my Doctor of Medicine and Master of Business Administration degrees from Howard University College of Medicine. My medical education gives me a scientific lens that grounds everything I do.

After medical school, I was drawn to the deeper layers of healing — the ones that don’t show up on scans or lab tests but influence every part of a person’s life. I trained extensively in hypnosis and mind-body modalities, becoming a certified hypnotist, and discovering how powerful the subconscious is in shaping patterns, habits, emotions, and internal states.

My approach blends:

  • subconscious re-patterning

  • internal alignment

  • grounded, modern hypnosis

It’s a unique combination for people who want results and depth.

Like many people, I went through a season of stress and internal overwhelm that traditional tools couldn’t fully address.

I understood the physiology, the biology, the psychology — but none of it spoke to my inner experience. When I experienced mind-body work firsthand, everything changed.
